All that certain lot or parcel of land situate in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappanannock County, Virginia, designated as Lot 18, Section 3, Rappahannock Park Subdivision, by plat recorded in Deed Book 67 at Page 228 and Deed Book 68 at Page 320, among the Land Records of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
