All that certain lot or parcel of land situate in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappanannock County, Virginia, designated as Lot 18, Section 3, Rappahannock Park Subdivision, by plat recorded in Deed Book 67 at Page 228 and Deed Book 68 at Page 320, among the Land Records of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
The property will be sold "as is" without representation or warranty of any kind as to the condition of any improvements upon the property, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, right-of-way and easements, if any, contained in the deeds forming the chain of title to the property.
