Graham Slams 24 graham crackers 1/2 cup butter or margarine 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1 cup baking raisins 1. Turn oven on and set to 350 degree F. Line two 15 by 10 by 1-inch baking pans with foil. Break graham crackers in half along the lines to make 2 1/2-inch squares. 2. Arrange graham crackers side by side in foil-lined pans; set aside. 3. Place butter in small microwave-safe glass or plastic bowl. 4. Place bowl in microwave oven. Turn microwave on HIGH (100 percent) and cook 1 minute or until butter melts. Remove from microwave. Add brown sugar; stir with spoon until evenly mixed. 5. Spoon mixture over crackers and spread evenly with a metal spatula. Sprinkle with Sun-Maid Baking Raisins. 6. Place pans in center of oven and bake at 350 degrees F. for 8 to 10 minutes or until the butter mixture is bubbly. 7. Use potholders and carefully remove pans from the oven; cool on wire rack. Turn oven off. 8. Store in tightly covered container.

Turn oven on and set to 425 degrees F. Grease a 15 by 10 by 1 - inch baking pan by rubbing the surface lightly with shortening or butter; set aside. 2. Crack egg into large bowl.
