The Shenandoah Valley Writers’ Guild seeks entries for its nineteenth annual congest.
Entries must be manuscripts by non-professionals. The contest isdivided into divisions. The divisions are short stories, non-fiction articles, poems, literature for young people and heritage (ethnic or localized themes). The judges may reject entries containing materials they deem inappropriate for general readers.
This year the judges will also be the workshop presenters at the Guild's annual spring conference to be held at Lord Fairfax Community College on June 1.
