All bids should be submitted on a form (included with the General Terms and Conditions documents) clearly identifying the company providing the service, be signed by the principal of the firm, and shall note any exclusions or limitations. The basis for the bid shall also be stated: for this agreement, a per gallon price shall be used. All fees for treatment of the hauled wastewater shall be the responsibility of Rappahannock County.
