Public Hearing: Amendments To Rappahannock County Code Subdivision Requirements for Hydrogeological Testing On Wednesday, February 21, 1996 at 7:30 P.M., the Rappahannock County Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing to consider the adoption of two amendments to Section 147-21 of the Rappahannock Couifty Code, relating to the subdivision of land and hydrogeological testing requirements. The amendments are as follows: Amend §147-21 D. (1) A [a] (1) by replacing “each of which is less than five (5) acres in size” to “any one of which is less than five acres in size”. Amend §147-21 D. (1) A [c] (3) by changing “twelve hours” to “forty-eight hours”. All interested persons are invited to attend and td make comment. The proposed amendments shall be taken up at a Public Hearing by the Board of Supervisors at their meeting, on Monday, March 4, 1996 at 7:00 P.M. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia.
