The RRCSB Is applying ler operating and cminl finding through the Seot«>n 5311 Program; capital funds are being ■ought also through the Section 5310 Program.

A public hearing on the Section 5311 Program will be held on March 8, tp96 at 2.-00 P.M. The hearing will be held in the RRCSB Library (located oh the first floor). Lord Culpeper Building, 401 S. Mam St, Culpeper, VA. The public is invited to attend.

Those who are unable to attend, but who would lilfc to offer comments, may do so in writing. Comments received after the dose of business, kfbrch 8,1996, will not be considered.
