Sea Creature
To make a sea creature, line a plate with lettuce leaves. For the body, arrange drained, canned peach or pear slices on the lettuce. Add some fresh apple slices (brush the apple slices with a little lemon juice to keep them fresh, if you like). With a vegetable peeler, cut long thin strips of carrot for the tail. Use a little soft-style cream cheese or peanut butter to attach raisins for eyes. Slice a maraschino cherry. Cut one slice in half. Attach one half to the peach or pear for the mouth.
Banana Snack
Slice half of a banana. Mix a single-serving can of vanilla pudding, 1/4 cup thawed frozen, whipped dessert topping, and banana slices. You can also adjust this for a family serving.
