PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 3. 1997 at 7:00 p.m. in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications:

Application by Micah and Vandy Solomon, contract purchasers of Tax Map 13, Paroels 72 A 73A to rezone property from “VR" Village Residential to •VCr Village Commeraal, to allow business office in existing structure. Properly consists of approximately 1.428 acres Rezoning allowed under Section 170134 of the Code of Rappahannock.
A COPY of the foregoing applications is on rile at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Said applications will-be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, February 19. 1997 at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any.
