Rappahannock County Circuit Court Robert J. O’Neill, Executor v. Jean Cog non and Wakefield Country Day School. The object of this suit is to: construe the Will of Eugene P. Cognon and appointment of Trustee and based on an affidavit filed herein, the Court finds that there exists sufficient grounds for causing service of , process by publication.
