Passed by the House

Amendments to the Virginia Prepaid Education Program unanimously were endorsed by the House of Delegates.

Proposals made by the bill's patron, Delegate Bill Mims, RLoudoun and Fairfax, included allowing students the use of prepaid benefits for graduate school, and permitting grandparents and others residing in Virginia to purchase contracts for out-of-state children.
