This Saturday, Feb. 15 the Salem Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department will hold a turkey-ham dinner at their building on Route 522.
Dinner will include turkey with all the trimmings, gravy, potatoes, cole slaw, green beans, old country ham, all kinds of good homemade desserts, coffee, tea and Kool-Aid. Prices are adults $8;. children six through 12 at $6 and under six are free. This is one of the company's fund raiser, so come on out and help them out while enjoying a good meal. The time is 5 until 7:30 p.m.
Mr. and Mrs. Joe Peregory, Joseph and Jennifer were Sunday afternoon guests of Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Grigsby and family. Mrs. Grigsby is much improved from her recent illness.
