The varsity soccer team at RCHS was undefeated following their second regular season game on Monday. Their back-to-back games against Stonewall-Jackson were easily won, the first one 9-0 and the Monday game 8-0. In the first game, goals were scored by Mike Letsen, who had 3; John Switzer with 2; and Jon Heddleston, Andrew van Horn, Josh Waddell and Ryland Pace, who each scored one.
In Monday’s game, John Switzer and Frank Paratore each scored two goals; Matt Wolfe, Andrew van Horn, Jon Heddleston and Korbinian Lindemann each contributed one goal. Coach Christy Sander said that this is
