By JAN LAVALLEY Rappahannock News Staff Writer About 20 county residents turned out Monday night for the Rappahannock Board of Supervisors Public Hearing on the county budget. Most of them voiced their concerns over the proposed tax increases, 10 cents for real estate tax from $.72 per $ 100 of assessed value to $.82 per $100 of assessed value, and 20 cents for personnel property tax, from $2.90 per $100 of assessed value to $3.10 per $100 of assessed value.
