PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 26, 1997 at seventhirty, in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications:

Dorothy T. Taylor, (Thomas G. Taylor, Agent for same) desires to obtain a Special Use Permit to modify an existing house into a two-family duplex: Located in Piedmont Magisterial District, zoned “VC’ Village Commercial, Tax Map 38A 1 76; house on lot in village of Sperryville. Use allowed under Section 170-36, Article “A” under the Rappahannock County Code. Additional Standards under 170-38, (G)

A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, June 18, 1997, at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any. The above named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties wishing to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Zoning Appeals, P.O.
