Preserve the view of mountains? Yes, the changes help, but at what cost? By trashing individuals' property rights without compensation? That should be unacceptable to every citizen!

We are left, then, with a series of changes to the County Code that carry large costs for no or few benefits. Costs to owners and their property rights are financial and Constitutional. Benefits are to the public, at no cost.
