ORMPC is an affiliate of the United States Pony Clubs. Membership is an excellent way for children to who love to ride to participate in horse-related events. Some are competitive, others cooperative. The children are evaluated on how well they ride, then placed in a group with others of similar ability. The “ratings” range from beginners to Olympic-caliber. The club puts a lot of emphasis on safety. Because the lessons are done in small groups, they are comparatively inexpensive. Members participate in a wide variety of events, including Dressage, jumping, crosscountry, hunting and eventing.
