BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 7, 1997 at 7:00 p.m. in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications:

SE #97-05-02

Patricia Saltonstall, owner of two twenty-five acre (25) acre parcels (Tax Map 21 1, F and G; zoned “C" Conservation) desires to adjust the boundaries such that the parcels would have approximately 10.1 & 10.4 acres, respectively. Boundary Adjustment such that parcels would be less than 25 acres allowed under Section 170-37 of the Rappahannock County Code. Properties are in the Mulky Mountain A-F District (boundary adjustments are allowed)

A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday June 18, 1997 at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any. The above named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties wishing to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Supervisors, P.O.
