Congratulations are extended to Angelique Quan Brown, daughter of Homer and Maxie Brown of Amissville, for graduating with honors from Old Dominion University in Norfolk on May 10. A 1993 graduate of Culpeper County High School, Angelique received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services Counseling and Psychology. Ms. Brown is the granddaughter of Mrs. Anne Brown of Amissville and Mrs. Marie Green of Hume.

We salute Major Linda N. Jolley of Fort Lee, Virginia who attained her Master of Science in Nursing Degree during graduation exercises at the University of Virginia on the 18th of May. The MSN/FNP is a combined two year program offered through the University. Proud parents, Eugene W and Violet E. Reed of Crest Hill, attended the ceremony along with Linda’s brother, Winsten Reed, of Indianapolis, Indiana and Doris Martin, her aunt, of Springfield, Mass. A relieved husband, Dave Jolley, and sons, Sean and Derek, were on hand to lend their support.
