ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the Defendant on the ground that the parties having lived seperate and apart without interruption and without cohabitation for a period in excess of one year pursuant to Virginia Code Section 20-91 (a) (9).
It appearing from an affidavit that due diligence has been used by or on behalf of Plaintiff to ascertain in what county or city the Defendant is. without effect, it la ordered that the Defendant appear before this Court within ten days after due publication of this notice (or before June 30,1997), and do what is naccessary to protect her interest herein.
