Icing 3 ounces cream cheese 1/2 cup butter 2 cups powdered sugar Combine and put on cake when cool.
Carrot Cake 2 cups sugar 1 1/2 cups Wesson oil 2 cups flour 2 1/2 tea-spoons cinnamon 4 eggs 3 cups carrots, grated 2 teaspoons soda Grease and flour 3 layer pans. Mix together all ingredients and bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Let layers cool before frosting
