She was further ordered to pay $4,000 in restitution to the estate of John A. ,Tapp and $872 tqApple Hill Inc. She will be required to pay $250 per month beginning 30 days after her release. She was also sentenced to three years supervised probation.
Joseph Bedford Reid, who had been arrested for speeding and possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to 10 years, with nine suspended for possession of PCP and five years probation. He was also charged $51 for the speeding ticket and ordered to pay court costs.
Russell Scott Milbum, who was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of cocaine, entered a plea of guilty on both counts reserving the right to appeal based on a suppression motion. The case will come up for sentencing on Jan. 12. Milbum will continue to remain on bond.
Tbny Capies was sentenced to two years in the penitentiary for violating his probation. He was also ordered to pay court costs.
