Town Architect Jay Monroe presented the church’s applications after citing a potential conflict-of-interest. As a member of the Trinity congregation, he voluntarily disqualified himself from voting with the town council on the matter.
The applications were complicated by the fact that the church is still negotiating the purchase of adjacent property, as well as access to a six-space parking area through Dr. Jerry Martin’s and Dr. Werner Krebser’s driveway.
