Councilman Ray Gooch submitted a fax received from Milton Herd, Herd Planning and Design, that transmitted the first draft of the steering committee’s survey questionnaire. The questions focus on features to be acquired, maintained or improved in the town and will be used as part of the town’s long-range comprehensive planning process.
Public hearing
Trinity Episcopal Church applied for a special use permit for a planned parish hall to be located on the corner of Gay and Middle streets. The church also submitted applications for a rear setback and a height exception for the building.
Town ordinances require a rear setback of 30 feet and a height limitation of 35 feet. The
