p.m. the Culpeper County Board of Supervisors is to act on an application for a use permit by the Trustees for the Korean Central Presbyterian Church (based in Arlington).
The present application covers construction of a “Parish Prayerhouse” on a farm site the church acquired in Culpeper City adjacent to Route 605 and the Hughes River which here forms the border between Culpeper, Madison and Rappahannock counties. However, it is understood that this is but a first phase of a much larger project for a Retreat and Recreation Center previously proposed for a site near Flint Hill in Rappahannock County but turned down by the Rappahannock County
