And he finally did. At the Fourth of July festivities this past summer, Carrigan announced the donation of the school to CCLC. Now, CCLC is busy raising money to renovate the Washington School. Much has to be done structurally, electrically, and with the plumbing. The goal is for the expansion of the After School Club.
