Dyer, owners of 10.5134 acres known as Lot' 19 in Peyton Farms Subdivision (Tax Map 29B-1, Parcel 19, zoned "A"-Agricultural, Hampton District) desire a Special Use permit to construct a family apartment at the same time as constructing a new dwelling. The two structures will be attached by an addition Use allowed under Section 170-36(A) of the Rappahannock County Code: additional standards in Section 170-62(G). A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, Nov. 17, 1999 at seven-thirty in the evening at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any.
