The Rappahannock News spoke with Rebecca Cordani on Nov. 5. She was unclear as to what she will be doing, “I need to sit down and do some thinking with others. I want ' the position. My main objective is to make sure kids get the best education possible.”
According to Cordani, “I got a call from a friend in late May asking me to run for School Board. It was late in the campaign process, but I said, ‘Sure I’ll do it.’ It took me three days to get the petitions in. I canvassed door-todoor. I was between six and seven months pregnant.”
