I would like to sincerely thank all of our supporters both during the campaign and on Election Day.
While braving weather conditions that changed from moderate to severe more than once, the candidates and voters kept an upbeat and friendly atmosphere.
It is unfortunate at times all candidates cannot serve in the offices for which they campaign, but there are areas in public service where every qualified and interested individual can make a difference.
I pledge to consider an individual’s experience and commitment to the community when making recommendations for appointments, without looking at labels. This I have done in the past and will continue.

In closing, I’m looking forward to working with the new Board of Supervisors and the School Board, and will help unite the community and represent every Jackson District resident to the best of my ability.
