Culpeper Soil & Water Conservation District (CSWCD) Directors from Rappahannock County received Years-ofService awards at a recent awards banquet.
Dick McNear, currently serving as Chairman, received a Five-Year Service Award. Cliff Latham, who was unable to attend the banquet, received a Fifteen-Year Service Award.
Butch Davies, from the Virginia House of Delegates, was the keynote speaker for the event and assisted in presenting the awards.
