Giles Andrew Clatterbuck, 64, of Strasburg died Monday, Nov. 1 at Warren Memorial Hospital in Front Royal.
Funeral services were conducted on Thursday at Stover Funeral Home in Strasburg by the Rev. Larry Andrews. Burial was in Lebanon Church Cemetery.
Mr. Clatterbuck was bom April 7, 1935 in Rappahannock County, a son of the late Lyle Jackson and Hazel Mildred Clatterbuck.
He was retired from the Metro Transit, Washington, D.C. with 33 years of service and was a veteran of the Korean Conflict having served in the United States Air Force.
Mr. Clatterbuck was a member of Community Faith Baptist Church, Front Royal; Shenandoah American Legion Post No. 77, Strasburg and National Rifle Association.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Catherine Corron Clatterbuck; three daughters and their spouses, Robin Ann and Julio Herrera of Falls Church, Donna Faye and Michael Mischou of Manassas and Stacey Lynn Clatterbuck of Alexandria; one brother, Lyle Elwood Clatterbuck of Strasburg and two sisters, Dorothy Young and Annie Taylor, both of Front Royal.
Also surviving are four grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Bill Nicely, Bill Henry, Darrell Hamm, Ronnie Brown, Rob Gnegy and Mark Cook.
