• John Byam reported that the Town kiosk will be upgraded by adding two additional bulletin board panels and item placement statements to avoid problems cited by Wendy Weinberg at the November Town Council meeting.
• Mayor Willis proposed that Christmas gratuities again be given to Town employees. He and Treasurer Viguerie made special mention of Kaye Kohler’s role in saving the Town some $10,000, and Mayor Willis suggested that an extraordinary gratuity of $500 be granted Kohler in recognition of her effort. The Mayor’s proposal was accepted by the Council.
