If there is one bit of wisdom that seems to be universal, it is to “enjoy the moment.” In the words of Charles Caleb Colton, “How small a portion of our life it is that we really enjoy! In youth we are looking forward to things that are to come; in old age we are looking backward to the things that are gone past; in manhood, although we appear indeed to be more occupied in things that are present, yet even that is too often absorbed in vague determinations to be vastly happy on some future day when we have time.” The message in all this is: Now is the time! There is no assurance that tomorrow will come.

Focusing on the pleasures of today-no matter how small-is what makes our lives rich and full. At the MOSER FUNERAL HOME, 233 Broadview Ave., we see ourselves as part of this community and seek to provide a valuable service in a way that supports our communal life. Call us at 347-3431.

QUOTE: “Life's a precious and wonderful thing. The more you use, the more you have, that's the miracle of it!”
