Ken, Fran, Will, Wade and Wyatt Norman of Washington surprised their parents and grandparents, Dan and Bessie Norman on their 42nd wedding anniversary Thursday, Dec. 9, by taking them to Centreville to see the Miracle of Lights in the Bull Run Regional Park.
The Christmas lights were of all shapes, figures and colors and encompassed approximately two miles. They stopped for dinner on the way home.
On Friday evening Richard and Rena Burke visited with John, Nina, Leslie and Eric Norman in Washington.
Walter Milton Burke with his parents, Die and Michele Burke were visitors of the John Suche family in Culpeper for family night on Saturday evening.
Sunday afternoon Dan and Bessie Norman attended the Emil and the Detectives performance presented by Hearthstone School at the Castleton Theater. They were the guest of Dugald and Lily Day, who are students of the school and were participants in the play.
Richard, Rena, Die, Michele and Walter Milton Burke were among those attending a birthday party for Dylan Norman on Chester Gap Sunday. Dylan is now five years old. Happy birthday Dylan.
Janet Putnam took her sister, Debbie Norman, out to dinner Friday night. The occasion was in celebration of Debbie’s birthday. Happy birthday Debbie.
On Saturday Debbie, Corey and Sadie Norman shopped in Fredericksburg. Corey stopped to visit with Santa Claus and to leave his list of Christmas needs or better yet, wants.
Saturday night Tim Norman celebrated his wife, Debbie’s birthday by taking her to dinner at Days Inn in Luray. Others helping to celebrate were Janet Putnam, Donnie Cline, Michelle and Johnny Jenkins.
