Home: Fodderstack Road, Washington Occupation: Cafeteria Manager at Rappahannock County Elementary School Accomplishments: When you ask a typical student at RCES who do they see everyday except their teacher, the answer is usually, “Mrs. Jenkins in the cafeteria.” Children of all ages love Mrs. Jenkins and it’s no wonder considering that she has worked for 33 years at Rappahannock County Elementary School. Proudly, Mrs. Jenkins will tell you her first concern is for the children and that she enjoys being with them. In addition to her position with RCES, Mrs. Jenkins also has Patfs Catering. She has hosted lots of parties and dinners as well as volunteer dinners and breakfasts for the local fire companies and rescue squads over the past five years. Other volunteers in these organizations have only words of praise for Mrs. Jenkins. She is a past volunteer with the ^ Washington Volunteer Fire Department but currently volunteers with the Sperryville units. Her husband, Ennis Jenkins is Maintenance Superintendent at VDOT Headquarters in Washington. They have three grown children and six grandchildren.
