The Rappahannock-Rapidan Regional Partnership, a committee ol the Rappahannock-Rapidan Planning District Commission, is coordinating a small business incubator feasibility study lor Culpeper, Madison and Rappahannock Counties. Proposals are requested for consultant services to direct the feasibility study. The study is to be completed by August 30. 2000.
