Rapidan Better Housing and Fauquier Housing are local, established, not-for-profit housing developers. These organizations are the program administrators for the Indoor Plumbing Rehabilitation (IPR) Program in this area. The IPR Program can provide financial assistance to eligible homeowners needing first time indoor plumbing or repairs to existing systems. Additional repairs will be made to bring the home into compliance with local building codes. Funding for this program is limited.
