Virginia’s steeplechasing circuit travels south to Charlottesville for racing this Saturday, April 29, at the Foxfield Races. Post time is 1 p.m. for the first of five on the card.
Foxfield’s course is located on Barracks Road north of town. Flat, timber and hurdle races are scheduled, with the featured $20,000 Foxfield Cup to be run over hurdles under allowance conditions.
