Fort’s work has previously appeared in a two person show at the Middle Street Gallery with painter Margaret Novak and in numerous juried shows in the Washington, D.C., Metropolitan area.
He has shown else where, in the United States including Delta State University in Mississippi and the Anderson South Carolina Art Center.
His works are in numerous private collections in many sections of the country.
Fort has studied with Jeannie Lea Knight, Leonard Cave, Ralph Banney and Ruth Waters.
Formerly a lawyer in Washington, D.C., Fort is now a permanent resident of Madison County.
