John Mathew Huff, a member of BSA Troop 180, Warrenton has attained the rank of Eagle Scout. An Eagle Court of Honor was held earlier this year.

To earn the highest rank in the Boy Scouts of America, John earned 21 required merit badges, served in various leadership positions for his troop, including Senior Patrol Leader.

He completed an Eagle Scout project that benefited C.M. Bradley School. During his years in scouting, John attend several High Adventure camps including Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico.

John is a 1999 graduate of Fauquier High School and is currently attending Northern Virginia Community College.
