Longyear's report shows that only $2050 — or 57% of his "Schedule A" and "in-kind" money came from within the 31st District.

By including $750 in "inkind" contributions from Longyear's American Target Advertising in Manassas, the percentage increases to 78%.

The one variable that remains is the number of 31st District voters who are in the "unitemized" or under $100 category. There is no indication on the forms as to where these people vote.
