The Rappahannock Hunt will sponsor a summer trail ride on Saturday, July 29 at the O'Bannon Farm in Woodville at 10 a.m. English and Western riders welcome.

Flint Hill carnival

The Flint Hill firemen’s carnival gets underway this evening, Wednesday, July 26 and will Continue through Saturday, July 29. The firemen's grand parade is Friday, July 28 at 6:45 p.m. \ Saturday night is crowning of the queens and drawing of the raffle tickets. Again this year a pure bred black Angus heifer donated by Admiral Joseph Gardiner and cash prizes totaling $3500 will be awarded. Bingo will be held every night.
