Preparations for the Amissville area's first ever Fall Festival is in full swing! The carnival grounds on 211 will be the main staging area, with events planned at The Lazy S Llama Ranch, Gray Ghost Winery, The Raggedy Ann & Andy Antique Shop, Amissville United Methodist Church, Amissville Baptist Church and a couple of other locations, along the way. , :
We are hard at work on the brochure/map combo, and finalizing the crafters and entertainers. We are still looking for area home based businesses that want to be in the brochure or do a^ display of their products. The Festival is on Oct. 14 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., if you* are interested, time is short, so please call, me at 937-3401 or Victoria Miller at 9374298.
