After some additional delay, Mr. Warner again forwarded a motion to appoint Mr. Mills, and this time received a second from Mrs, Johnson.
Ms. Crocker then expressed her support for Mr. Makela, stating that it was her point of view that "Mr. Makela is a known quantity," and that she preferred "working with someone who has a good knowledge of the workings of the board ... so we can get on with it (the business of the School Board)."
