The Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors is soliciting sealed bids on additions to and ■renovations cally the Treasurer ana Registrar of Voters offices.

A pre-bid meeting will be held for any prospective bidders with questions or requests for additional information on Thursday, August 17 at 10:00 AM at the County Administration Office at 290 Qay Street, Washington. Attendance is not required in order to bid on the work herein described. Bid bond hr certified check in the amount of $500.00 is required with all bids, and a Payment Bond in the amount of $500.00 will be required as a condition of signing the contract.

All bids should be submitted as required in the complete bid specifications package, which may be obtained at the County Administration Office (along frith plans & specifications). Aft bids must be received at the County Administration Office. Old Extension Office, 290 Gay Street, P.O.
