In the Nov. 29 issue a letter

entitled "Legislators questioned” the writer was conj cemed that the Florida legislature might ultimately determine how that state's electors would be determined.

This is, in fact, exactly what the framers of the United States Constitution had in mind. Article II, Section I, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution states "Each State shall 1 appoint, in'any such manner ; as the Legislature thereof I may direct, a number electors..."
