The Amissville United Methodist Church is having their Christmas program on Sunday as well. The children are putting on a play called "The Inn". The program will begin at 7 p.m., refreshments will be served and Santa will be there as well.
The AACA will be holding its monthly meeting on Thursday, Dec. 14 at 7 p.m. at the Methodist Church. On the agenda are the Amissville Park and a walking trail/path for the village of Amissville. For more information on the park you can contact Jack Hardgrove at 937-7779.
Sympathy is extended to the family of .H.D. "Dick" Bywaters.
A little hello to Mrs. Jamesly Dennis and speedy recovery to Thelma Colvin who is back in the Fauquier Hospital.
