Marie Sealock, 83, of Front Royal died Monday, Dec. 4 at Royal Haven Rest Home.
Funeral services were conducted at Willis Chapel in Huntly on Thursday, Dec. 7 with Rev. Merlin Shorb and Rev. Jimmy Burke officiating.
Miss Sealock was bom Oct. 26, 1917 in Rappahannock County, a daughter of the late James Daniel and Flora Dulin Sealock.
She was the oldest member of Willis Chapel.
She worked 25 years at Avtex in the cloth room and for more than 20 years at the Appalachian Inn, which was at Chester Gap.
She is. survived by one sister, Lillian S. Fox of Front Royal and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by six brothers and three sisters.
Pallbearers were James Granville Fox, Chris Johns, Robbie Johns, Alan Fox, J. Fox and Bruce MoniSmith.
Honorary pallbearers were Junior Williams, Bobby Souder and the girls that took care of her at Royal Haven Rest Home.
Maddox Funeral Home in Front Royal was in charge of the arrangements.
