• Our hearts go out to the families and friends of all those who were injured or lost their lives in the terrorists attacks on our country. We, as American citizens, naturally feel connected to them, and we share the sense of loss and horror. We are so fortunate to live in Rappahannock where we can feel a measure of safety, and where we are surrounded by family, friends or neighbors who care about us.

Our public school staff responded to the terrible event with such kindness and professionalism, reassuring all students of their safety in this difficult situation. I was, and continue to be, very proud to be associated with this group of wonderful people.
