Ihe lidal wave LU was conceived at the conclusion of Paul Reisler’s Art Residency at RCES two years ago. Harriette Rosenblatt and Joy Rollins, RCES Art and Music, teachers, developed the grant which brought Mr. Reisler to our system and ultimately led to this wonderful project. We are so fortunate to have such j dedicated and creative individuals on our staff. Many thanks for giving our children this incredible opportunity.
