He asked the Board. “Just what is it that you want us to do?” He also noted that the Committee had not been able to elect a chairman. Member Jerry Ochs said that he disagreed - he felt that the Committee's charter was clear, but he noted that the lack of a chairman was an issue and added that none of the members would accept the chairmanship role.
